Register Now for Public Policy 201: Advanced Advocacy!

Ever wonder what a "rider" is? Or how fiscal notes are put together? And can anyone draft a bill? Come to our Ask-the-Expert session on advanced legislative and administrative processes. Public Policy 201: Advanced Advocacy will answer these questions and more, providing information on resources available to assist advocates in their efforts at the Capitol, and providing a place for you to ask in-depth questions about lobbying and advocacy at the state level. Jean Doss with J.D. Consulting will be presenting.

Public Policy 201: Advanced Advocacy will take place on Monday, February 18, 2008, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Kent County MSU Extension Office, 775 Ball Ave NE, Grand Rapids. The cost to attend is $25, pre-registration is required, and the registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11.
