A lot of these struggles stem from the message not being “framed” most effectively – the process of determining which communication modes, messages and methods will best capture the attention and hearts of your audience. Come to our upcoming training entitled “Framing: Developing and Delivering Effective Messages” to learn more about effective communication with internal audiences, opinion shapers and the media, and elected officials. Kelly Rossman-McKinney from The Rossman Group will be presenting.

Framing: Developing and Delivering Effective Messages will take place on Tuesday, April 22, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at GVSU's PEW campus in downtown Grand Rapids. Register online by April 15!
