Capacity Building
From a morning workshop to a yearlong strategic planning process, capacity building activities cover a huge spectrum and can be defined as any activity that helps a nonprofit work toward its mission. Serving nonprofits to advance their missions is the basis of our work at MNA: It shapes our values as an organization and defines our mission statement.
At MNA our Capacity Building services are designed to match the needs that exists within the sector for more efficient management practices, strategic working, and sustainable fund development practices.
