Registrations received after May 2, 2008 will be processed on site, and are subject to a $50 late registration fee.

Group Registration rate:
If your organization is planning to send three (3) or more employees to the SuperConference, please download the group registration form in PDF. With every three (3) registrations purchased, your organization will receive a fourth (4th) registration for FREE. The group must be from the same organization and must attend the same day(s) of the SuperConference.
Attention Executive Directors! Discount Board member rate:
If you are an Executive Director attending the SuperConference, you may bring one (1) Board member for a one-day rate of $50.
