This position will set the strategic direction for major gifts acquisition and stewardship for university initiatives in conjunction with other gift officers and in consultation with senior development/leadership. The director of development for university initiatives will be charged with the identification, qualification, solicitation, and stewardship of individuals capable of making major/planned gifts with prospective donors across all four colleges, Mardigian Library, athletics, the university art collection/gallery, or university-wide initiatives.

Salary band is $80,000-$90,000 based upon experience.
