The Foundation Communications Manager is responsible for owning, developing, executing, and tracking a comprehensive and data-driven communications plan. This position assists in meeting the foundation's primary focus of strengthening donor bonds through communication and increasing financial support of Hope Network’s mission throughout the entire state. This person will be the primary driver for communications directed toward the foundation’s prospective donor and current donor base, continually adapting a fresh, compelling, and brand-conscious case for support for Hope Network's programs.

  • Create and provide leadership for an overall communications strategy for the Hope Network Foundation. 
  • Oversee the production of electronic and print communication materials with a strong focus on donor engagement, retention, and acquisition. 
  • Create and oversee the design, production, programming, and maintenance of all Hope Network Foundation social media channels, electronic newsletters, and annual reports. 
  • Develop digital publications with interactive components, including but not limited to video, slide shows, surveys, and forums.   
  • Act as a project liaison between the foundation team, marketing & communications as well as different service lines. 
  • Responsible for developing and implementing an on-going foundation website strategy to ensure layout, content, and design is current, relevant, and accurate.

Educational / Talent Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Public Policy, or a related discipline. Masters preferred.
  • Four (4) years of work experience in communications and marketing, community relations, or development.
  • Familiarity with public housing, workforce development, early childhood education, behavioral/mental health, and veteran’s issues is preferred.
