  • We recommend that all attendees undergo a COVID-19 test within 48 hours before the event.
  • Attendees who are feeling unwell, have tested positive for an illness within the 10 days leading up to the event, or are displaying symptoms and awaiting test results are kindly requested not to attend.
  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or any other reason, registrants have the option to modify or transfer their registration if necessary. To modify your registration, please scroll to the bottom of your confirmation email and click on the provided link.
  • To facilitate comfortable in-person interactions, attendees will be provided with color-coded arm bands. These bands will indicate each attendee's level of comfort with personal interaction:
  • Red (6-feet greeting)
  • Yellow (elbow greetings only)
  • Green (high-fives permitted)
