MNA believes nonprofits serve their communities better when they are diverse, inclusive, and equitable.

That’s why we have developed the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Assessment - a tool designed to help nonprofit organizations assess their status and future progress on these critical values. This tool is designed to help, including:

• Leaders who identify as white and predominately white institutions, organizationally or through board members. It assists in starting conversations on how to incorporate or improve their DEI culture.
• Your organization wanting to take steps to address potential bias in policies and practices.
• Providing actionable steps allowing you to shrink disparities and increase program/work equality.

The assessment is an inexpensive and turn-key way to strengthen your nonprofit’s culture and make it more inclusive and equitable for all.
