Donna Murray Brown is a change agent and she passes the true test of leadership. What is the true test of leadership? The ability to create positive change, because anyone can create chaos. Donna is a former corporate banker who now is the CEO of the Michigan Nonprofit Association (MNA), a statewide membership group that advocates and equips the nonprofit sector with best practices and greater impact. Under her guidance MNA has reinvented itself to accomplish its mission with greater effectiveness and to do so, she had to redesign and work through the leadership challenges of guiding an entire organization through some difficult decisions.
