Meet the 2021 American Express NGen Fellows

June 08, 2021

Building stronger, more effective next generation leaders. That’s the goal of Independent Sector’s initiative, NGen: Moving Nonprofit Leaders from Next to Now. And as part of the initiative, we welcome our new 2021 cohort of the American Express NGen Fellows program, part of the American Express Leadership Academy.

This group of 12 charitable and community-building leaders age 40 and under – who, coincidentally, are starting their Fellowships in the program’s 12th year – will be expanding their access to networks, knowledge, and resources that will enhance their work in communities nationwide. They were selected following an extraordinary response to the call for nominations and a rigorous review process.

We are proud to announce that MNA’s Social Innovation Officer, Nellie Tsai, is a 2021 NGen Fellow.

As Social Innovation Officer, Nellie leads MNA’s commitment and strategy to be an equitable and inclusive organization.
