MNA Member Orientations
MNA Virtual Member Orientations take place most months on the first Friday of that month from 9-10 AM ET. New and renewing MNA members will learn about MNA benefits and follow an interactive tutorial on how to navigate the website.

Member Orientation meetings are for MNA nonprofit and business members who want to learn more about how to navigate our site.
Members will gain the following insights:
1. Help members optimize use of the Dashboard
2. Explore business partner and affiliate programs
3. Highlight member benefits including discounts, resources, services, programming, and
4. Review the Business Marketplace and Nonprofit Directory
5. Provide excellent customer service while connecting with new and renewing members
