What is Tech Care?

Tech Care is our managed IT service designed for nonprofits. It starts with an assessment of your technology, continues with remediation and planning, and provides ongoing support and security. Tech Care covers day-to-day helpdesk requests, staff onboarding and offboarding, policies and procedures, and proactive monitoring to keep your organization secure and stable.

Tech Care is delivered through four core service pillars providing nonprofits with a complete, structured approach to managing your technology.

Managed endpoint security (PC & Mac), 24/7/365 monitoring, web/content filtering, and a dedicated response team.

Ongoing staff training with simulated phishing and detailed reporting.

Our Tech Care service operates on a flat monthly rate designed to cover the full scope of an organization’s technology needs, including support, security, and systems management. While certain service costs — such as licensing for RMM agents and endpoint protection — are based on device count, our analysis shows that the number of supported PCs remains stable over time across client organizations.
