The Hurley Foundation's primary purpose is to operate for the advancement of medical sciences, education, medical care, and the delivery thereof, for the benefit of the residents of the greater metropolitan Flint area and for the distribution of its funds to such institutions created, operated and maintained to provide such services by the governing body of the City of Flint.
