Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial forecasting.
    • Build and maintain robust, flexible financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through in-depth financial analysis of programs, initiatives, and investment outcomes.
  • Reporting & Dashboards
    • Design, develop, and maintain internal reporting systems and financial dashboards, including the selection and implementation of tools and technologies..
    • Ensure timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting.
    • Translate financial data into clear, accessible formats for a range of audiences.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
    • Partner with the CFO on special projects, such as technology upgrades, impact measurement, and risk assessment.
    • Support cross-departmental strategic initiatives with financial insights and custom-built models tailored to diverse operational needs.

  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO on matters of financial planning, reporting, and analytics.
    • Partner closely with the Director of Financial Operations to ensure integration of accounting and financial reporting functions.
    • Advise Foundation staff as needed; foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
    • Partner with internal teams to refine key metrics to monitor financial performance and organizational effectiveness.
