A highly structured, operationally focused role designed to oversee the seamless delivery, participant experience, and continuous improvement of Inforum’s signature leadership development and talent advancement programs. Operating within a progressive part-time model, this position serves as the primary engine for educational logistics and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that adult learning principles, corporate expectations, and high-impact program execution are consistently achieved across all cohorts.
Part-time Talent Development Solutions Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Program Logistics & Execution: Orchestrate the end-to-end operational lifecycle of training sessions, leadership cohorts, and workshops across both virtual learning environments and physical venues.
- Participant Experience & Care: Serve as the central concierge for corporate learners and program participants, proactively managing onboarding, attendance tracking, materials distribution, and ongoing support requests.
- Faculty & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships and schedules with external facilitators, executive coaches, and content delivery partners to ensure unified program timing and curriculum standards.
- Data-Driven Feedback Collection: Administer, compile, and analyze post-session participant evaluations to identify immediately actionable trends for curriculum refinement and quality control.

- (Systems Optimization & Continuous Improvement): Establish a permanent evaluation framework for participant registry workflows, learning management interfaces, and feedback collection platforms, leveraging initial audit findings to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- (Playbook Standardization): Build and deploy a standardized program delivery playbook to ensure identical, high-grade operational support across all virtual and in-person education tracks.
- (Feedback Loop Automation): Systematize the data gathering process to convert participant satisfaction scores into automated visual reporting matrices for the strategic growth team.
Part-time Talent Development Solutions Success Manager Key Measurables:
- Primary Metric (Program Excellence): Successful design, rollout, and administrative management of a standardized participant feedback process to capture Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and adult-learning evaluation ratings where institutional data measurement gaps currently exist.
- Velocity / Volume Metric: Timely delivery of all curriculum collateral, platform configurations, and session-ready environments across a concurrent multi-cohort calendar.
- Quality / Efficiency Metric: Participant retention, attendance completion, and profile activation rates across various cohorts.
Part-time Talent Development Solutions Success Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience in program management, corporate training delivery, customer success, or adult education frameworks.
- Technical & Core Tool Competencies: Advanced comfort configuring virtual learning environments (e.g., Zoom Rooms, LMS platforms) and navigating central CRM databases or participant tracking rosters.
- Soft Skills & Executive Presence: Exceptional organizational mastery and communication crispness, with the demonstrated ability to interface smoothly with corporate professionals, executive coaches, and internal strategists.
- Education/Background: Demonstrated history of managing corporate talent advancement pipelines and a sophisticated ability to apply adult learning methodologies strategically to upscale leadership development programs.
