The Program Director for Principal Gifts reports to the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Philanthropy in University Advancement and works directly with the UA Leadership Team and with all members of the team. This position plays a key role in managing the daily and strategic operational functions for the comprehensive campaign through ownership of the campaign planning timeline, facilitating case statement development, vision, and interdisciplinary priorities for the University, pipeline analysis and strategic pipeline development opportunities, process improvement and other related projects. This position will work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to support the campaign work groups and committees. This position will have a strong understanding of the University Strategic Vision and Campus Master Plan and work those initiatives into the fundraising strategy for the team. This position works closely with academic affairs, stewardship, prospect management, communications, engagement, and the frontline team. This is a campaign supported position contingent on sufficient funding.
