The Education Manager alongside the CEO/CEO-Elect will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational and other programs for the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation. This role involves managing multiple programs/projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring educational programs align with the organization's mission and goals. The Education Manager will also be responsible for reporting outcomes and continuously improving program offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Education Program Development and Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate educational and some support programs, including webinars, conferences, and publications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, patients, industry sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure programs meet community needs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on program data to measure impact and inform future initiatives.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including budget and grant management and coordination of program logistics.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs and increase community engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless program delivery and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage your own administrative tasks, as there is no dedicated administrative support for this role.
  • Technology Skills: In some instances, may be required to set up and manage platforms to host programs, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of pre-recorded, virtual and hybrid events.

Experience, Education, and Core Competencies:

  • Passion for Mission: Dynamic and passionate about the CL Foundation’s mission and community.
  • Program Management Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing educational and/or support programs, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize and manage various tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, Zoom, etc.) and set up platforms to host programs.
  • Team Player: Strong desire to be part of a dedicated and passionate team.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Ability to handle administrative tasks independently without dedicated support.
