The administrative manager will oversee areas that span across the organization and be responsible for efficiencies to workflows, enforce policies and procedures, and access various systems. Responsibilities include serving as the team resource for document retention, tracking reports and deadlines, accounting, payroll, grants management, supporting program operations, fundraising, communications, and assisting with process improvement. The person will interact with contractual staff, DFA culinary educators, program and community partners, parents, and youth participants.
Skills and Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years assisting a nonprofit Executive Director, President or CEO. Proficiency in office suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), Donor Perfect, Social Media platforms, and Quick Books. Project management (Salesforce) a plus. Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, have organizational aptitude, strong communication (oral and written), and inter-personal skills. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, accounting, or a related field or commensurate experience is required.
