The Saginaw County Youth Protection Council is a non-profit organization that was established in 1962. We are the lead agency providing shelter and supportive services for runaway and homeless youth and homeless young parent headed families. We are also the designated Youth Tobacco Act compliance testing agency in Saginaw County and provide robust substance abuse prevention services. Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to all departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication

- Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or President
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving organizational success
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
