Scope of Work
- Assess current fundraising capacity, donor systems, membership programs, and board engagement.
- Develop a multi-year fundraising and revenue diversification plan.
- Strengthen major gifts, annual giving, membership, corporate sponsorship, and foundation fundraising.
- Provide recommendations for the Bonterra donor management platform.
- Train and coach the Board in fundraising and donor cultivation with action plan.
Develop implementation tools, procedure manual, and systems for sustainability
- 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising consulting experience.
- Proven success in fundraising assessment, planning, and implementation.
- Experience with board fundraising training and major gifts development.
Preferred: Experience with heritage, cultural, museum, preservation, National Park Service-affiliated organizations, grant writing, and Bonterra CRM.
