TART Trails seeks an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven fundraising professional to serve as its next Development Director. This full-time position leads and executes TART Trails’ comprehensive philanthropic fundraising strategy in support of the organization’s immediate and long-term priorities. The Development Director reports to the CEO and manages a team of development professionals.

The position is responsible for developing and managing fundraising strategies across individual giving, corporate partnerships, foundations, planned giving, endowment development, and capital campaigns. The Development Director will cultivate, steward, and strengthen relationships with donors and prospects; lead major gift and donor engagement efforts; oversee fundraising events and initiatives; and work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers to grow philanthropic investment in TART Trails’ mission.

This is an exempt, full-time position with a salary range of $90,000–$140,000, commensurate with background and experience. TART Trails offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 403(b) match, paid vacation, sick and family leave, health insurance, and a flexible work schedule.
