The Advocate Supervisor provides management and mentorship to CASA volunteer advocates, ensuring that children and families involved in the CASA program receive sound advocacy and timely permanency planning. The Advocate Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day volunteer supervision, management, skills development, retention, ongoing training, reporting, data management, and court and partner relationships. This role encompasses responsibilities in LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability), Volunteer Management, Partner Relations, and Data Reporting, ensuring the effective and efficient volunteer management and service to the community.
