The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal issues related to seniors, possess excellent drafting skills, and be able to work closely with attorneys to provide exceptional legal support. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of estate planning and probate matters while contributing to the success of our firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of legal issues affecting seniors.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including correspondence and pleadings.
  • Collaborate with assigned attorneys to discuss case strategies and developments.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervising attorney or Managing Attorney.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of an accredited paralegal program and certification as a paralegal.
  • Proficiency in estate planning and probate matters.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Salary ranges between $40,000.00 and $45,000 dependent on experience. Position will be assigned to our Redford, Michigan divisional office.
