The Evaluation Center is an interdisciplinary unit within WMU’s Office of Research and Innovation. We provide program evaluation services to diverse clients locally and nationwide.
The Evaluation Center's mission is to advance the theory, practice, and use of evaluation through scholarship, education, partnership, leadership, and stewardship. Our vision is for people to use evaluative thinking and data to enhance the well-being of the individuals and places they serve.
The Evaluation Center is home to a team of multidisciplinary evaluation experts. We are ready to partner with you to evaluate your programs or organizational change initiatives, conduct applied research to answer your burning questions, or develop and deliver customized evaluation training to build your group's capacity.
We offer an array of free and low-cost resources to build your personal or organizational evaluation capacity. Visit our website to learn about our self-paced, non-academic courses (Valeo); open-access, peer-reviewed journal (Journal of MultiDisciplinary Evaluation); and free hybrid speaker series (Evaluation Cafe).
