Demonstrate, exemplify, and support the Capuchin Charism and Provincial Mission, Vision, and Values throughout all professional responsibilities and activities.
In collaboration with the SCC Director:
Develop and manage strategic initiatives to support the SCC business plan.
Administer the financial, physical, and operational needs of the center, including staffing, security, janitorial needs, and supplies; working with contractors and vendors as needed.
Plan and develop the annual budget.
Coordinate and conduct the annual employee evaluations.
Manage and coordinate special projects.
Manage the SCC Staff, including scheduling.
Conduct annual evaluations of employees with input from others.
Responsible for overall guest relations at the Solanus Casey Center.
In conjunction with the Director of Facilities, develop a preventative maintenance schedule for the center.
In consultation with Public Relations, approve social media and advertising needs.
In conjunction with the Development Director and their staff, coordinate mailings, fundraising, and special events for the SCC.
Approve all purchase orders according to center guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors and order supplies as necessary, and report to the SCC Director.
Remain on call as necessary and be available to assist in all SCC events and programs.
Ready to help and collaborate with the director of the center in completing the special projects for the center.
Comply with Province and ministry policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
