Summary
The B+I Board Fellows Program Specialist provides coordination of programmatic initiatives central to the work of Business+Impact at Michigan Ross. You will advance B+I's work with students, faculty, staff, and partners to support our mission and create impact. Under supervision, you will support the comprehensive programming related to the Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellows program as well as other B+I programs and strategic initiatives, and lead data entry and tracking for impact, operational, and stakeholder engagement data collection. You will report to the Program & Strategic Initiatives Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and lead coordination of the delivery of student programming for the Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellows Program, including serving as a key contact for students and nonprofit partners.
- Liaise with staff, faculty, and external stakeholders on design, program materials, logistics planning, and delivery.
- Conduct tailored presentations to internal and external constituents.
- Provide data entry, collection, and analysis for B+I program assessment, operational, grant, and stakeholder data to track engagement and ensure compliance.
- Represent and promote the Initiative and its programs at various campus events and community activities to enhance visibility and impact.
- Support preparation and updating of marketing and program materials, and content for newsletters and websites, etc.
- Provide administrative support including benchmarking, proofreading and editing, design, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in nonprofit program management, higher education administration, student affairs, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success with program, project, or event management, including planning, logistics and implementation, and supporting evaluation.
- Experience preparing communications and delivering tailored presentations to varied audiences.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn artificial intelligence concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft application suites.
